You've probably noticed that The Happy Woman® store has plenty of attitude. Well, we also have strong opinions about women and happiness too. We believe that every woman has the right to a shot at happiness. To that end, each year we choose an organization in our community that supports the needs of women and/or children and lend them a financial hand throughout that year.
This year's Chick Charity is:
Voices and Choices, a program created specifically for Leelanau County girls. Through programs & scholarships, workshops, mother/daughter retreats, and self-esteem programs, this organization strives to "ensure that girls in our community have a voice, a sense of belonging and value, and a purpose." We're excited to be a part of this program!

Safe Haven
Safe Haven Ministries is an organization that works to protect and counsel victims of domestic abuse. We support this ministry with a donation of inventory at the end of each year.
