How long will it take to receive my package once I have placed an order?
We normally ship your items within 24 hours of receiving an order. Our packages are shipped via Priority Mail through the US Post Office. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding US Post Office holidays. Normal delivery times are 2 to 3 business days for Priority Mail packages, although in some cases, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Can I track delivery of my package?

All of our packages are shipping with Delivery Confirmation.  After we have shipped your package, you will receive an email from the US Post Office with your Delivery Confirmation Number.  You can check delivery of your package using this number at www.usps.com.  Click on the Track and Confirm box and enter your Delivery Confirmation Number.

Can I get my order shipped overnight?
At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping options on our site, but are willing to ship Express Mail (normally overnight delivery) in certain situations.  Please call us at (231) 271-0094 if you are interested in Express Mail shipping.

What are your shipping charges?

We charge flat rate shipping and the charges are as follows.  Any orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Can I get something shipped to another country?
Currently, we ship only to the 50 states in the U.S.  We do not ship overseas or to APO or FPO addresses.

Can I return something?
We want you to be happy with your purchases! If you have received damaged merchandise or are unsatisfied with the merchandise that you have received, please contact us immediately. We will tell you how to return the merchandise to us for a refund of the purchase price. (We're sorry, but we can't reimburse you for the original or return shipping charges.) All items must be received in saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund. All returns must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of items. There are no refunds for personal care products that have been opened or used. Any item purchased at a sale price is not returnable.

Can I get wholesale information about your products?
Our operation is strictly retail and we do not offer any of our products at wholesale prices.

What is your privacy policy?

We are serious about protecting your privacy.  The only mailing list that we keep is the list of our newsletter subscribers.  The only emails that we send are monthly newsletters and order confirmations and follow ups.
