Pinteresting Comfort Food: Braised Red Cabbage with Goat Cheese
I’m a casserole kind of girl, mainly because I hate thinking of side dishes to make. It’s a lot easier when all of the food groups are represented in one big old mound of goodness. But, when I saw this side dish recipe on Pinterest, I was intrigued. First of all, I love braised meats — slow cooking, fall off the bone deliciousness, so I thought: braised cabbage? Sounds interesting. And, secondly, goat cheese. Seriously, you could smooth it on pavement and I would lick it off.
